Gerard A. Cohen

Gerard Anthony Cohen was born 15-DEC 1960 in Levittown, Nassau.  He later lived in St. Louis Missouri.  He attended Northwest High School.  He was an avid basketball player.  He enlisted shortly after graduation on 25-MAY 1983.

Gerard was stationed in Germany until December 9th before deploying to Saudi Arabia serving with a combat supply company.  He was killed along with David L. Heyman on 28-FEB 1991 in an accident in Saudi Arabia.  Gerard had six months remaining on his military obligation.  After his service, he aspired to be a Baptist minister.

He is buried at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
